HC Zvezda turned out to be stronger than HC Rostov-Don in the first semifinals match of the women’s Super League — 32:27.
 
This victory of the team from Moscow region over HC Rostov-Don became the first since March 2015. HC Zvezda achieved an away victory (26:21) in the match of the final tour of preliminary stage. 
 
The recent draw in February (31:31) started a series of losses of the Moscow region team in confrontations with HC Rostov-Don. HC Zvezda has lost 20 consecutive games since that match. The team from Zvenigorod wasn’t able to beat HC Rostov-Don for 23 matches in a row.
