1. Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions are used in the present Terms of use:

• Website, web portal – an information portal that is located on the Internet at https://handballfast.com.
• The Website Administration is the State Club Personnel Reserve Supporting Fund that is a legal entity created under the legislation of the Russian Federation and registered at the following address: 15 Donskaya Str., Moscow, 119049, PSRN 1067746399852.

1.3. The User is a natural person (a citizen of the Russian Federation or a foreign citizen) registered on the Website in accordance with the conditions established by the Terms of use, who has civil legal capacity and who is able to acquire civil rights and bear obligations on his behalf in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. Terms of use, Agreement — an agreement concluded between the User and the Administration during the registration on the Website.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Administration offers its services to Users on the terms set out in the Agreement. The Agreement may be changed unilaterally by the Administration without special prior notice of the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is always on the page at https://handballfast.com.

The Terms of use begin to be applied to the relations between the Administration and the User from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms by registering on the Website.

2.2. The law of the Russian Federation is applied to the Terms of use and relations between the User and the Administration arising in connection with the use of the services.

2.3. By registering on the Website, as well as using any of the Portal services or using any functionality, the User expresses his unconditional consent with all the conditions of the Terms of use and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Portal services.

3. Description of services

3.1. The Administration offers the User access to a wide range of online services. All currently existing services, as well as any development of them and/or the addition of new ones, are subject to the Agreement.

4. Registration on the Website and User status

4.1. User registration on the Website is free, voluntary and is made at the following address on the Internethttps://handballfast.com.

4.2. When registering on the Website, the User is obliged to provide the Website Administration with the reliable and up-to-date information, including a unique combination of login (e-mail address) and password for accessing the Website, as well as his original surname, name and patronymic name. The registration form of the Website may request additional information from the User.

4.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of the information provided during registration and its purity from the rights of third parties.

4.4. After providing the information specified in clause 4.2 of the Agreement, the User may be asked to undergo an authentication procedure, namely, to confirm his registration by activating the account through a message sent by the Administration to the User's e-mail.

4.5. Upon registration, the User agrees to the conditions of the Terms of use and assumes the rights and obligations related to the use and operation of the Website.

4.6. After the successful registration of the User on the Website, the Administration assumes the rights and obligations to the User specified in the Agreement.

4.7. Registration on the Website gives the User the opportunity to use the Portal's services, in particular:

1. a) post comments;
2. b) perform other actions provided for by the functionality of the Website.

4.8. By accepting the conditions of the Terms of use through the registration on the Website, the User, who is a natural person, confirms his consent to the processing by the Administration of his personal data given during registration, as well as voluntarily posted by the User on his personal page. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Administration processes the User's personal data in order to provide the User with services, including personalized (targeted) advertising, newsletters; verification, research and analysis of data allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Website, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Website. The Website Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. The Administration provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Administration who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Website and provide Services to the User. The Website Administration has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, to prevent and/or suppress illegal actions of Users. Disclosure of the information provided by the User may be made only in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.9. The login and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the Website. The user has no right to give his login and password to third parties, bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing the method of their holding. The User can allow the holding of login and password (using cookies) for subsequent automatic authorization on the Website on the hardware and software used by him.

4.10. Unless proven otherwise by the User, any actions related to the use of his login and password are considered committed by the corresponding User. In case of unauthorized access to the login and password and/or the User's account, or the distribution of the login and password, the User is obliged to immediately inform the Administration about these actions at: web@handballfast.com.

4.11. The User is aware that, with the exception of cases set out by the Terms of use and the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Administration does not participate in the formation of content, use of content and access control of other users to User data posted on the Website.

4.12. The User agrees that the Administration reserves the right to block or delete the User's account, or terminate his account in relation to any services and delete / change / edit any content without explanation in case of violation of the Terms of use or non-use of the relevant service.

4.13. At the request of the holders of intellectual property rights the Administration deletes the specified intellectual property objects posted by the User in violation of the requirements of the Agreement and Russian legislation and/or norms of international law.

4.14. At any time, the Administration may close any of its services with or without prior notice of the User. In this case, the Administration does not bear any responsibility for the termination of access to the services of the Website.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. When using the services of the Website the User is obliged to:

5.1.1. comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Agreement and other special documents of the Administration;

5.1.2. provide reliable, complete and up-to-date data during the registration, monitor their updating;

5.1.3. inform the Administration about unauthorized access to his account and/or unauthorized access and/or use of the User's login and password;

5.1.4. not to post as comments information and objects (including special links) that may violate the rights and interests of other persons, advertising materials;

5.1.5. pre-evaluate and confirm the legality of posting information and objects (including, but not limited to, images of other persons, other people's texts of various contents, audio files and videos) before this action;

5.1.6. to keep confidential and not to provide other Users and third parties with personal data that became known to him as a result of communication with other Users and other use of the Website (including home addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, passport details, banking information) and information about the private life of other Users and third parties without obtaining the appropriate prior permissions of the latter;

5.2. In case of doubts about the legality of certain actions, including posting information or providing access, the Administration recommends refraining from the latter.

5.3. From using the Website the User is prohibited to:

5.3.1. register as a User on behalf of or instead of another person ("fake account") or register a group (association) of persons as a User. The registration on behalf of another natural person or legal entity is possible in case of obtaining the necessary powers in the manner and form provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

5.3.2. mislead Users about his identity or organization using the login and password of another registered User;

5.3.3. misrepresent information about himself, his age or his relations with other persons or organizations;

5.3.4. upload, hold, post, distribute and provide access or otherwise use any information (including comments) that:

1. a) contains threats, discredits, insults, defames the honor and dignity or business reputation or violates the private life of other Users or third parties;
2. b) violates the rights of minors;
3. c) is vulgar or obscene, contains obscene language, contains pornographic images and texts or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
4. d) contains scenes of violence or inhumane treatment of animals;
5. e) contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it;
6. f) propagates and/or promotes incitement to racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, propagates fascism or the ideology of racial superiority;
7. g) contains extremist materials;
8. h) propagates criminal activity or contains tips, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal acts,
9. i) contains restricted access information, including state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties;
10. j) contains any advertisement, describes the attractiveness of the use of narcotic substances, including "digital drugs" (audio files that affect the human brain due to binaural rhythms), information about the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and tips on use;
11. k) is fraudulent in nature; and
12. l) violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities or the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3.5. illegally upload, hold, post, distribute and provide access or otherwise use the intellectual property of Users and third parties;

5.3.6. carry out mass mailing without the consent of Users;

5.3.7. send advertising information to Users;

5.3.8. use the software and perform actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Website and its services or accounts of Users;

5.3.9. upload, hold, post, distribute and provide access or otherwise use viruses, Trojans and other malicious programs;

5.3.10. use automated scripts (programs) without special permission of the Administration to collect information on the Website and/or interact with the Website and its services;

5.3.11. in any way, including by trick, abuse of trust, hacking, try to gain access to the login and password of another User;

5.3.12. carry out illegal collection and processing of personal data of other persons;

5.3.13. carry out (attempt to obtain) access to any Services in any other way, except through the interface provided by the Administration, except in cases when such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with a separate agreement with the Administration;

5.3.14. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, carry out trading operations and resell Services for any purpose, except in cases when such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement with the Administration;

5.3.15. post commercial and political advertising outside the special sections of the Website set out by the Website Administration.

5.3.16. post any other information that, in the personal opinion of the Administration, is undesirable, does not correspond to the purposes of creating the Website, infringes on the interests of Users or is undesirable for posting on the Website for other reasons.

5.4. The User is personally responsible for any information that he posts on the Website, informs other Users, as well as for any interaction with other Users carried out at his own risk.

5.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement or its updates, the User is obliged to refuse using it, informing the Administration about it in the prescribed manner.

6. Responsibility restriction

6.1. All Website services are provided "as they are" and the Administration is not responsible for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion or non-preservation of any user personal information.

6.2. The Website Services may contain links to other resources. The User agrees that the Administration is not responsible for the availability of these resources and for their content, as well as for any consequences associated with the use of the content of these resources.

6.3. The User should take precautions when downloading from the Website or using links posted on it, and using any files, including software. The Administration recommends using only licensed software, including antiviruses.

6.4. Under no circumstances shall the Administration or its representatives be liable to the User or to any third parties for any indirect, accidental, unintentional damage, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation caused in connection with the use of the Website, the content of the Website or other materials to which the User or other persons gained access through the Website, even if the Administration warned or indicated the possibility of such damage.

7. Rights to the results of intellectual activity and objects equated to them

7.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Website services and all necessary programs associated with them contain confidential information that is protected by intellectual property laws and other Russian laws and international law, and the content provided during the use of the services is protected by copyright. Except in cases specifically stipulated by the Administration, the User undertakes not to modify, sell, distribute this content and programs, in whole or in parts.

7.2.The Administration grants the User a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software provided in the services on one computer, making the condition that neither the User himself nor any other persons, with his assistance, will copy or modify the software; create programs derived from the software; penetrate into the software with the purpose of obtaining program codes; to sell, assign, lend, give to third parties in any other form of rights in relation to the software of the services provided to the User under the Terms of use, as well as modify the services, with the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to them.

7.3. Users who have posted the results of their creative activity on the Website grant the Administration the right to use everything created by the User at their discretion, including, but not limited to the following actions: modification/editing/ moderation / replication / reprinting of everything created by the User.
