The head of the Handball Federation of Russia Sergey Shishkarev in the program "Vse na match!" on Match TV channel noted that he is proud of achievements of Anna Vyakhireva and Daria Dmitrieva in foreign championships. Vyakhireva won the Champions League for the first time in her debut season for Vipers Kristiansand, as well as the championship and the Cup of Norway. 28-year-old Russian was voted the most Valuable Player of the Champions League Final four. Dmitrieva was playing for RK Krim Ljubljana in the championship of Slovenia on lease terms and won a title there. The athlete returned to HC CSKA in May and also won gold medals of Russian championship. The playmaker was considered as the best player of the women’s championship of Slovenia, according to the voting results of the clubs’ representatives.
