The Handball Federation of Russia is actively negotiating the organization of friendly matches between the national teams of Russia and the teams of China, Iran, Algeria, Tunisia and Turkey. The head of the HFR Sergey Shishkarev informed TASS about it.
— Besides China and Belarus, we are working out options with Iran, Algeria, Tunisia, those friendly jurisdictions that are ready to welcome us. We are looking forward to hold a Christmas tournament during the New Year holidays. We will invite Iran, that participated last year, and other national teams as well. The possibility of holding a friendly match between the national teams of Russia and Turkey is also being discussed, — Shishkarev said.
