Handball club Voronezh ceases to exist due to a lack of funding sufficient for participation in the championship of Russia. The club will officially send a withdrawal letter to the Handball Federation of Russia on Monday, November 11.
All members of the club — coaching, medical, administrative staff, as well as players — left the team.
— Everyone can have his own version of what happened, but the fact remains the same: another handball club disappeared from the map of our country. There is no big handball in Voronezh region again, — is said in the statement of the club.
The club thanked fans and those who were with the team in hard times, expressed gratitude for long-term support.
