The Handball Federation of Russia introduced the results of the voting for the best players and coach in the women’s Super League of the 2023/24 season. Coaches of the championship teams, sports journalists and supporters participated in the voting.
Representatives of seven teams were among the best. Two players from the national champion HC CSKA won in three nominations, as well as head coach. Two players are from the silver medalist HC Rostov-Don. Each of handball clubs Astrakhanochka, Lada, Kuban, Chernomorochka and Stavropolye delegated one player.

goalkeeper — Anastasia Ryabtseva (Astrakhanochka);
left wing — Kristina Kozhokar (Rostov-Don);
right wing — Olga Fomina (Lada);
pivot — Anastasia Illarionova (CSKA);
left back — Natalia Nikitina (Chernomorochka);
right back — Anastasia Shavman (Kuban);
central back — Valeria Kirdyasheva (Rostov-Don);
defender — Anastasia Illarionova (CSKA);
opening — Ulyana Buynova (Stavropolye);
top-scorer — Natalia Nikitina (Chernomorochka);
the most valuable player — Elena Mikhaylichenko (CSKA);
coach — Olga Akopyan (CSKA).
