The head coach of the women’s national team of Russia Lyudmila Bodniyeva commented on the choice of the squad for the training session in Novogorsk.
— It will be our first planned training session in the calendar year. We will gather for one week and work out the training session in Novogorsk together with our youth team, headed by Alexey Nikolaevich Gumyanov. We’ll be happy to see three newcomers in the team, who draw attention to themselves in the Super League matches. We are talking about Valeria Vaykum from Chernomorochka, Ksenia Ilyina from Astrakhanochka and Valentina Tomilina from AGU-Adyif.
