The new handball season officially starts in Russia today.

Handball clubs will compete for the women’s Super Cup. It is the tenth anniversary tournament. At the moment HC CSKA owns one win in the Super Cup. HC Lada fought for the trophy twice, but lost the matches to HC Rostov-Don, which won the title seven times.
