HC Rostov-Don ceded 5 balls after the first half but finally achieved a strong-willed victory over HC CSKA and took a lead in the final series up to three wins with a score of 2:0. In the winners the left back Darya Statsenko scored 9 goals.
 
The third meeting of the confrontation will be held on May 21 in the capital.
