The game day in the women’s championship of Russia was completed.
HC CSKA Moscow ceded the first half, but managed to minimally beat HC Rostov-Don and led in the final series 1-0. The second meeting of the finals will be held on May 25 in Moscow.
The centre back of CSKA Natalia Chigirinova scored the winning goal in the last seconds of the match. The captain of CSKA Anastasia Illarionova received a red card in the 43th minute of the meeting for the third ejection and left the court before the end of the game.
In the first match of the series for the fifth place HC Dinamo-Sinara beat HC Kuban Krasnodar in Volgograd.
