The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Handball Federation of Russia Sergey Shishkarev was appointed to the Presidential Council on implementation of the state demographic and family policy.
The Council will focus on defining priority directions of demographic and family policy, coordination of activities of authorities and public associations, as well as analyzing the efficiency of the programmes aimed at increasing of the birth rate.
