The conference of the Handball Federation of Russia elected the collegian governing body.
According to the voting results, all members of the Supreme Council are reelected for a new term. The press service of the HFR informs that 15 members are in the Supreme Council.
The composition of the Supreme Council:
Sergey Shishkarev — the chairman of the Supreme Council
Igor Stepanov — the deputy chairman of the Supreme Council, the deputy director general of the Russian Olympic Committee on administrative and economic activity
Eduard Akopyan — director of the HFR professional sport development
Elena Belanova — the chairman of the Handball Federation of Kuzbass
Stella Vartanyan — the director of the Handball Development Centre Dinamo (Volgograd)
Maksim Gulevich — the head of the HFR legal department
Oleg Zholobov — the president of the Handball Federation of the Moscow region
Sergey Ziza — the director of handball club Zenit (Saint-Petersburg)
Boris Kipkeev — the chairman of the HFR Ethics Committee
Aleksey Kiyashko — the deputy chairman of the HFR Judicial Committee
Sergey Prigolovkin — the head of Handballfast project
Anton Revenko — the director of handball club Rostov-Don (Rostov-on-Don)
Andrey Stepanov — the director of Olymp Sports School of Olympic Reserve (Togliatti)
Mikhail Chipurin — the executive director of the Moscow Handball Federation
Oleg Shalaev — the rector of the Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports
