The head coach of the national team of Russia Lyudmila Bodniyeva told the editor-in-chief of Handballfast Aleksey Lebedev what the players of the national team are worth being praised for following the results of the training session in Sochi.

It’s important that practically all girls came in good physical condition and ready to maintain the intensity of training. We also added power workouts to game activities, while we didn’t had a stadium, only handball court and gym.
— Did you hold a traditional two-sided game between the two squads at the end of the training session?
— Yes, and it was held in a tough struggle, as usual. I liked the game itself, it turned out to be even better, than we expected in the coaching staff. The players should be praised for high speed and actions in defense, we had payed close attention on it during the training session, — Bodniyeva said.
