HC CSKA will focus on winning trophies again, despite restructuring process, which started in the team after the departure of several leaders. The head coach of the capital team Oleg Kuleshov announced it in an interview to TASS.
— Of course, I didn’t think I would be invited to CSKA. It was a surprise and a real challenge. CSKA is a club with high victorious traditions, so we’ll try to justify the trust. The club always fights for the first places, that is why we will also try to achieve the highest results, — Kuleshov said.
— The confrontation between CSKA and Rostov-Don is already a classic, but we should keep in mind that there are other teams that can impose the fight throughout the season. It refers to Chernomorochka, Astrakhanochka and Lada. We will respect all competitors. Concerning today’s CSKA, leaders left us: Elena Mikhaylichenko, Polina Gorshkova, Sara Ristovska, Nastya Kulak. Girls, who are potentially ready to complete demanding tasks, joined the club, but it’s necessary to work hard to gain confidence sufficient for this. We are forming a new CSKA team, but it doesn’t mean we became weaker. First of all, we have to lay the foundation to push off, and we will start this work with a smile and in a good mood.
