The last quarterfinal match in the women’s Cup of Russia finished.
Handball clubs CSKA and Chernomorochka met in return match. The capital club proved to be stronger than the guests with a five-goal advantage. The captain of the Moscow team Karina Sabirova played for the first time after a serious injury and long recovery and became the top-scorer of the team.
HC Rostov-Don beat HC Zvezda again, this time with a difference of nine goals.
HC Lada didn’t leave a chance to HC Luch in Moscow after a victory with a nine-goal advantage.
HC Dinamo-Sinara ceded to HC Astrakhanochka in return meeting with a difference of three balls, but due to home win with a seven-goal advantage Oleg Kuleshov’s wards got to the Final Four on aggregate.
Thus, all the Final Four participants of the Russian Cup are determined. HC CSKA, Rostov-Don, Lada and Dinamo-Sinara will compete for the main trophy on 6-7 April.
