The coaching staff of the Russian girl’s national team determined the composition of the squad among players under the age of 17 for the training session, which will be held from 15 to 21 May in Moscow region in Novogorsk.
21 players will train on the session under the guidance of Roman Lyashenko, the official HFR site informs. He will go with the national team to the IX Russian-Chinese Youth Summer Games. The head coach of the team Olga Akopyan will be occupied with HC CSKA in the Super League playoffs during that time, but she will monitor the work of juniors and is planning to visit Novogorsk.

The IX Russian-Chinese Summer Youth Games will be held in Chongqing (PRC) from 21 to 27 May. The program includes competitions in eight sports. Men’s and women’s teams will represent badminton, basketball, wrestling and swimming, only women’s teams will present handball, football and rhythmic gymnastics, only men’s teams — volleyball. 16 handball players will go to Chongqing as part of the Russian handball national team.
