HC Chekhovskie medvedi beat HC Zenit in the semi-finals of the Cup of Russia.
 
The club from Chekhov will participate in the decisive match of the Cup of Russia for the first time since 2023. Vladimir Maksimov’s team beat HC Permskie medvedi that time. It will be the 14th final for Chekhovskie medvedi.
