The head of the Supreme Council of the HFR Sergey Shishkarev celebrates his birthday on Monday. He leads the Handball Federation of Russia since April 2015. He was re-elected as chairman of the Supreme Council of the Handball Federation of Russia for a new four-year term at the HFR conference in 2025.
