The Chairman of the Supreme Council Sergey Shishkarev will address the Executive Committee of the European Handball Federation and the IHF Council on the issue of the return of Russian athletes to international tournaments. He talked about it at the press conference in TASS.
— Hassan Moustafa suggested not to consider our issue for the general discussion at the Congress because the delegates were not prepared, they were primarily going to vote for the presidential elections. The Executive Committee will be held on January, 31 in Denmark. I will be given the floor, I will refer to the European Federation about our return.
Speech at the International Handball Federation Council will be the next stage. It will be in mid-March-April. I will also speak there. What are our chances of returning? I cannot say but I believe our chances are quite high, — Sergey Shishkarev said.
