The coaching staff of the national team headed by Lev Voronin defined the line-up for the upcoming training session. 32 players were called to the national team. This expanded squad will de devided into two national teams which will participate in the Friendship Cup-2026.
The players of the youth national team, who participated in Mogilev a year ago (Ilya Teplukhin, Vladimir Utka, Ruslan Gakame, Nikita Svetlov), and those who return to the main Russian team after a long absence (Evgeniy Dzemin, Nikita kamenev, Igor Karlov) are in the list. The official website of the HFR informs that several players were called to the national team for the first time (Ilya Ivanov, Pavel Arkatov, Vladislav Glushchenko, Nikita Ruchaev, Daniil Tumanov, Arseniy Perunov).
