- I spent four wonderful years in Russia, returned full of impressions, with deep satisfaction, I met many good people. Considering the current political situation, after returning from Moscow sometimes I got into unpleasant situations in Germany and Croatia, while communicating with people who are hostile to Russia. But I never let anyone insult Russia and its people in my presence, - Velimir Petkovic said.
The specialist said how people perceive information about Russia in Germany.
- I read a lot, try to find information about events that interest me and I use arguments in conversations with such people, I often manage to open their eyes. I’m happy when I see that my arguments prevail in the struggle with those spread by the media with its own agenda. Many people simply have incorrect information. Germany is a specific country where people work all day. The German comes home from work around 5 pm, his wife feeds him dinner, he turns on the TV, reads newspapers and he forms his opinion, it is also "served". He doesn’t have time for reflection or a more careful analysis of what is happening, and in principle, to discuss Russia in Berlin and Zagreb is completely different from conversations in Banja Luka, where people have great empathy for Russian people, - the coach said.
