The Chairman of the High Council of the Handball Federation of Russia Sergey Shishkarev expressed support for the victims of the bus accident which happened on September, 29.
—On behalf of the HFR, I express my sincere support for all who has suffered as a result of that accident. Fortunately, a great tragedy was avoided, which is the main thing. I would like to express profound appreciation to those who promptly intervened into the situation and provided assistance to the injured. It is extremely important that the issue is under control of the Governments of the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, handball club SKIF didn’t stand aside. Victims were helped not only by supporters from other buses, but also by players, coaches and staff of HC Victor and those who were there at that time. Only joint coordinated actions allowed to sort out the situation as efficiently as possible. It couldn’t be otherwise, we are all one big handball family.
