The assistant of the head coach of HC CSKA Oleg Kuleshov Nadezhda Muravyeva shared her opinion on the upcoming work with the national champion.
— The work in CSKA is of a great responsibility and high tension for me, but at the same time it’s a new challenge, new milestone. The team will be monitored through a microscope, no of the strong clubs can avoid it, and thus, there are no minor details in the work. I tune in on a time-consuming process, exorbitant demands on myself.
I accepted the offer, having a considerable background in handball, I believe in my experience and character at this stage. Much work lies ahead, we have already discussed details with Oleg Mikhaylovich Kuleshov. We’ve both been through a Volgograd handball school, which is one of the strongest in the country. We found common ground, we share views on many points.
The key thing in the work is mutual understanding with the players concerning the direction we are moving forwards. Being self-discipline, everyone should make a significant contribution to the common goal. Everything is simple in sports, what makes it so beautiful, everyone’s contribution is of invaluable importance, — Nadezhda Muravyeva said.
