The decisive match of the men’s Cup of Russia finished.
HC Chekhovskie medvedi was losing by the half-time, but won in a difficult match with HC Permskie medvedi and got the trophy. The club became the winner of the Cup for the first time in the last two seasons, HC Viktor Stavropol won the Cup of Russia last year.
The left wing from HC Permkie medvedi Maxim Salikov scored 10 goals. His club mate, the line player Viktor Zaytsev in the second half roughly met Roman Ostashchenko with an elbow in his neck and received a red and a blue cards.
