The women's national team of Russia will gather in Novogorsk on October 16 for a training session where it will hold two away friendly matches with the national team of Serbia. The matches are scheduled for October 22 and 24. Information about the start time and location of the matches will be announced later.
The last time the rivals met was on December 7, 2021 at the World Cup-2021 in Spain. The team of Russia confidently won with a score of 32:22 in the group stage of the tournament.
The official web site of the Handball Federation of Russia informs that the coaching staff headed by Lyudmila Bodniyeva will announce the final list of players, called for the training session, at the beginning of October.
