Russian Cup. Another Super League representative knocked out of the tournament at the hands of a Premier League team. HC Kaustik broke the resistance of HC Akbuzat at home

The match of the 1/16 finals of the Russian Cup among men’s teams in Volgograd ended with a victory of HC Kaustik over HC Akbuzat — 33:30.
 
The hosts took the lead in score only on the 57th minute of the match and brought the game to the victory. To recall, the day before the Moscow Specialized School of Olympic Reserve №2 Academia at the same stage beat HC Skif (34:32). 
 
Thus, only one participant of the 1/8 finals the tournament remained unidentified. They will be the winner of the HC Voronezh — HC Dinamo-Sungul match, which will be held on Wednesday, 14 December.
